SPAN 300: Pre-Capstone for Spanish Majors
Course Description
Directed toward Spanish majors preparing for their Capstone experience, this 2 unit course aims to guide the student in the process of completing a capstone proposal and initiating the preliminary steps toward the graduation portfolio. The portfolio provides evidence that a student is making satisfactory progress toward meeting the Core requirements and Major Learning Outcomes (MLOs) for the Spanish B.A. (Prereq: WLC 300 and Consent from Instructor)

Course Reflective Narrative
To be able to satisfy this MLO, I took WLC 300,SPAN 300, and I will take WLC 400. In WLC 3oo, I was able to begin the first face of my electronic portfolio using Weebly. To be able to complete this stage, I was able to upload my resume, individual learning plan, completed the frame of my e-portfolio. In my Span 300, I continued working on my e-portfolio and started the researching to prepare for my capstone project. I used the library data bases to find articles that would help answer my research questions for my Capstone project.
